Standard Terms and Conditions – the terms and conditions for general membership as appearing on this site from time to time.
Association Members – members electing to be treated as Association Members and who meet the Criterion for Association Membership set out in Clause 2
Viewing Code – the Licence Number given to you upon acceptance of payment
Password – the password selected by you upon making a Credit Card Payment.

2. Criteria for Association Membership

2.1 To be an Association Member, you must be a general member who opted to pay for an Annual Membership.  You must also be a fishery, an angling club or registered charity.

2.2 These criteria may change at our discretion.

3. Membership Services

3.1 You will be entitled to all of the services offered to general members in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions.  In addition you will be entitled to such additional services and benefits as are from time to time advertised on this site for the benefit of Association Members.

3.2 These terms and conditions are in addition to the Standard Terms and Conditions.  In the event of conflict these terms and conditions will prevail

3.3 Additional membership services made available to Association Members may be withdrawn or amended from time to time, at our discretion and charges may be added or amended without notice but so that no Association Member shall be obliged to continue as an Association Member

Our liability is limited as set out in the Standard Terms and Conditions. No representation or warranty of any kind is made by us or by any contributor to this site as to the fitness for purpose, suitability, professional competence or quality of any service offered on this site

6. Third Party Contributions

You are responsible for all materials submitted by you for use on this site and must ensure that they and any goods or services offered by you comply with all local laws and regulations.  Anyone making a contribution warrants that they have all rights necessary to authorise us to post it on this website and to enable others to download it. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of such material or for any misinterpretation, loss, damage or disappointment suffered as a consequence of such materials.

7. Preserving your Password

We shall be entitled to act upon the instructions of anyone entering your Viewing Code and Password and accept no liability for any wrongful or other misuse of the same.

8. Miscellaneous
The terms of Clause 11 of the Standard Terms and Conditions shall be treated as if set out herein in full.
