I cannot view the demonstration video?

You will only be able to view our programmes if you have a high speed broadband internet connection.  Do not telephone for a VIEWING CODE or make a credit card payment if you do not have broadband. 

If you do not know if you have broadband, call your landline telephone company to check.

We invite you to view our demonstration video at no cost to view the quality of our programmes and to check your system requirements.

If your system fails to receive the demonstration then the chances are you do not have broadband.

You will also need Windows Media Player. If you do not have Window's Media Player download the latest version for free by clicking on the link on our home page.
