FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Can I view the Programmes from outside of the UK? We welcome members from all over the world. You will only be able to view our programmes if you have a high speed broadband internet connection. Do not make a credit card payment if you do not have broadband. We invite you to view our demonstration video at no cost to view the quality of our programmes and to check your system requirements. If your system fails to receive the demonstration then the chances are you do not have broadband. If you do not know if you have broadband, call your Internet Service Provider to check. You will also need Windows Media Player. If you do not have Window's Media Player download the latest version for free by clicking on the link on our home page. Because we are streaming videos through the windows media player format we recommend that you use Windows Explorer as your browser as some of the other browsers experience difficulties when the videos are streamed We are currently testing download speeds. If you are not resident in the UK then we will unfortunately only be able to accept payment by Credit Card.
